INFRASTRUCTURE PORTFOLIO
Malaysia's Industrial Energy Infrastructure
We develop capital-grade infrastructure assets across strategic industrial corridors, positioning each project as a long-term platform for regional decarbonization, clean energy production and sustainable economic growth. Our approach integrates investment structuring, engineered hydrogen manufacturing, advanced electrolysis technology and industrial-scale project execution into a coordinated delivery model.
By anchoring green hydrogen production within high-potential logistics and utility corridors, we enable efficient access to grid infrastructure, water resources, port connectivity and regional offtake markets. This allows our projects to support both domestic clean energy demand and export-oriented opportunities, while contributing to Malaysia’s broader energy transition agenda.
Through disciplined capital deployment, technology integration and on-the-ground execution, we aim to transform strategic industrial locations into bankable clean infrastructure assets capable of supporting future hydrogen supply chains, industrial decarbonization and long-term sustainable value creation.

STRATEGIC CORRIDORS
Targeted Industrial Hubs
Our project development strategy focuses on established industrial zones within the East Coast Economic Region, where access to deepwater ports, heavy transport networks, grid utilities and industrial land creates a strong foundation for large-scale clean energy infrastructure. By positioning hydrogen manufacturing assets within strategic corridors, we are able to optimize logistics, reduce supply chain friction and support long-term industrial decarbonization for both domestic and export-oriented markets.
Pahang Energy Hub
The Tanjung Agas industrial corridor in Pekan, Pahang serves as our primary manufacturing base for green hydrogen production and downstream clean energy infrastructure. Strategically located within a designated industrial growth area, the hub is positioned to support high-purity hydrogen supply for regional heavy industries, port-linked logistics users and future clean fuel distribution networks. Through localized water electrolysis, integrated utility access and proximity to marine transport infrastructure, the Pahang Energy Hub is designed to operate as a scalable platform for low-carbon hydrogen manufacturing. The development will support industrial users seeking cleaner energy alternatives while strengthening Malaysia’s role in the emerging regional hydrogen economy. With direct connectivity to heavy transport routes, port facilities and regional offtake markets, the hub provides a strong logistical advantage for hydrogen distribution, export preparation and long-term infrastructure expansion. This makes Tanjung Agas a strategic anchor point for engineered hydrogen manufacturing, technology integration and capital-grade clean energy development.
